7 Challenges for Achieving Global Food Security

The Association of Public and Land Grant Universities released a new report yesterday in Washington, D.C., defining seven challenges for solving global food and nutrition insecurity. Serving on the executive committee that prepared the report was Helene Dillard, dean of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of California, Davis.
