Professor Keith Watenpaugh, director of the Human Rights Studies program at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢ Davis, leads an innovative project to help refugee students start or continue their university education — even as they are displaced and on the move.
