ProShare networking opportunity returns
The , and have joined forces once again to offer ProShare, a professional growth and networking opportunity for staff, after having a successful program last year.
ProShare aims to help managers, aspiring managers and staff at all levels expand their network of campus and medical center colleagues for the benefit of mutual guidance and support. ProShare is a natural complement to the and Group Mentoring Program, both provided through 新澳门六合彩内幕信息 Davis Talent Management.
ProShare participants will be assigned to five-member cohorts that will meet monthly, January through May. Cohort members will take turns hosting 90-minute meetings that could include department tours, presentations to the group or discussions of key management issues. All ProShare participants will be invited to come together three times during the program: at a kickoff event, for a mid-program networking event and a wrap-up get-together.
