Plan Colombia and the war on "Narcoterror"

Nov. 6, Tuesday -- Yu'cta Musse, a leader of the Nasa people of Colombia, will talk about the U.S.-funded Plan Colombia and its impact on indigenous communities from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in Andrews Conference Room 2203 in the Social Sciences and Humanities Building at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢ Davis. Musse's talk is sponsored by the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢ Davis Department of Anthropology, the Department of Environmental Science and Policy, the Department of Native American Studies, the International Agricultural Development Graduate Program, the Hemispheric Institute on the Americas at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢ Davis, and the vice provost for University Outreach and International Programs.
