Feb. 27-March 1, Friday-Sunday -- Tasting Histories: Food and Drink Cultures Through the Ages will bring together scholars, research scientists, growers and farmers in a three-day study of food, wine and culture. The event is open to the media.
The conference will take place in the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science, a new facility on the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢ Davis campus that houses programs in sensory science, food science and technology, and viticulture and enology. The conference is sponsored by the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢ Davis Humanities Institute and the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science. The program is available at: .
