For those missing the ARC鈥檚 classes, the online versions can be just as good as the real thing. During the 鈥淎ll Levels Yoga鈥 class with instructor Sarah Gould, she walks the viewers through a stretching routine to warm up. She then goes into the yoga flows; viewers only need a space to practice and a Facebook account in order to follow along.

Gould talks the viewers through all the positions, just like an in-person class. And she offers all the encouragement you need as you attempt unfamiliar yoga poses.

The class is an hour long, and the Facebook Live format makes it easy to pop into a class to get a quick workout. They also can be accessed on the 新澳门六合彩内幕信息 Davis Campus Recreation page if you happen to miss the class when it鈥檚 live.

Currently, Aggies at Home offers Vinyasa Yoga every day, alongside Mediative Movement, Mat Pilates, Cardio/Strength Fusion, Gentle Yoga, and All Levels Yoga.
