Payment dates
For Easter, the payment changes are as follows

Processing times may vary depending on which bank you're with.
ANZAC Day
There are no changes to payment dates due to ANZAC Day, Friday 25 April 2025.
Our offices and contact centres
Our contact centres will be closed for the public holidays on:
- Good Friday - 18 March
- Easter Monday - 21 April
- ANZAC Day - Friday 25 April
Declare your income early
If you declare your income regularly, you may need to do this earlier than usual over Easter, but not for ANZAC Day.
Easter
If you're paid early on Friday 18 April, you'll need to declare your income before 10pm on Thursday 17 April.
Using our online services
You can use MyStudyLink at any time, including public holidays. MyStudyLink is our online service where you can apply and manage your information online. You can use it to do things like:
- declare income for your Student Allowance
- claim course-related costs on your Student Loan
- check the status of your application
- view and update your Student Loan living costs.
